This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to make a significant impact on site safety and compliance.
Responsibilities For a Health & Safety Manager
- Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to site staff on health and safety matters.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant health and safety qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH).
- Competitive day rate of 400.
