Processing New Business For New And Existing Clients

Your Matric, RFP 1 + 2, Administrative/secretarial experience and 3-5 years' experience in the investment financial services industry would enable you to fullfill the following in Afrikaans and English:
  • Ensure all documentation and information is prepared in accordance to company policies.
  • Implementation of clients' instructions i.r.o. investments, insurance policies, etc, in consultation with Wealth Manager and submission of relevant documentation to appropriate service providers.
  • Obtain confirmation from service providers regarding implementation of instructions above.
  • Written communication/confirmation to clients' regarding investment instruction implementation.
  • Follow up on outstanding/incomplete client business and consult with/remind the Wealth Manager/Advisor
  • Handling of retirement claims
Servicing Of Existing Clients
  • Assimilate investment/fund values, investment performance statistics and Astute information of clients.
  • Compiling, binding and preparation of proposals and client review documentation.
  • Assist with the review of clients' Wills in consultation with the Wealth Manager/Advisor.
  • Make payments on behalf of clients through the corporate saver account.
  • Track payments into the corporate saver account and forward payments to investment companies.
  • Attend to client complaints and enquiries in consultation with Wealth Manager/Advisor.
General Administration
  • Ensure that client documentation is in compliance with FICA & FAIS legislation.
  • Attend to client complaints and enquiries in consultation with Wealth Manager/Advisor.
  • Recording of client interaction and updating of client records upon completion of interaction.
  • Maintain client record and database according to company policies.
  • Attend to Death Claim processes and documentation.
  • Correct and timeous completion and submission of Fee Forms as well as all internal documentation as per company policy.
  • Assistance with Wealth Special Projects on ad-hoc basis.
