HR Business Partner (Southern Region)

There is an exciting opportunity to join Nando's People Department as a People Business Partner (PBP) , based at our head office.

Youll be mentored by your Line Manager, General Manager: People Operations, HRSS & BI, and well also spice up your development with our Nandos induction, leadership and development programs.

The People Business Partner operates within a defined region i.e., Johannesburg (Southern Region) partnering with Casa Operations and relevant regional teams, providing direction, guidance and assistance on all People-related matters . The role will drive the implementation of relevant People initiatives and provide People insights to enable effective decision-making at the regional level.
