- Our client is looking for an Import / Export Specialist to manage global supply chain operations. In this role, you will oversee trading contracts, coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and handle customer orders from start to finish.
- Manage import/export contracts and customer orders
- Oversee shipments, shipping documents, and customs clearance
- Handle inventory and delivery coordination
- Reconcile contracts and report on profitability
- Address day-to-day customer queries and issues
- 6+ years in import/export logistics and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMs and logistics handling
- Degree in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
- Experience with Letters of Credit and imports trading in Asia/Europe is a plus
- Self-starter, proactive, and customer-focused
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple tasks effectively
