As a Junior Creative, you will report to the Creative Director and contribute ideas that are on brief, on brand, and creatively ambitious. You will support the delivery of concepts from initial thinking through to execution and be encouraged to continually develop technical skills appropriate to the role.
What Youll Be Doing
- To support the delivery of concepts from initial thinking through to execution
- Working collaboratively with everyone across the agency to deliver high quality creative solutions
- Presenting creative concepts to your team in a thoughtful and articulate manner
- Interpreting and developing client briefs alongside your team
- Showing an understanding of conceptual thinking and how to bring ideas to life
- Being responsible for creating and developing internal and external comms, where appropriate
- Good grounding in design principles
- Industry awareness
- Adept at using Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to articulate concepts and ideas to the wider team and other departments
