Responsibilities:
- Execute routine and project-based laboratory tests, including viscosity, density and sample testing
- Support the Chemist with laboratory projects and international testing requirements
- Maintain consumable and glassware stock control
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness, housekeeping and readiness at all times
- Adhere strictly to safety, SHERQ and quality control standards
- Contribute to consistent laboratory output that supports operational productivity
- Degree in Analytical Chemistry or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an analytical laboratory environment
- Proven experience in quality control processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Computer literacy and clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a high-risk or explosives environment will be advantageous
