As the Reverse Logistics Controller, you will need to manage the inventory return process from start to finish with various logistics service providers and ensure that physical inventory is collected, transported and received by the warehouse for goods receipt.
Duties Include
- Managing returns from point of creating, collection and GR.
- Ensure RDO matches physical product.
- Coordinate exchanges.
- Monitor and close off RDO.
- Checks status of open items.
- Compile reports.
- Conduct inventory counts of return inventory.
- Handle all queries.
- Resolve system errors.
- Verification of PODs.
