Duties
Responsible for the management of the legal risks associated with commercial, joint ventures, permitting, property, regulatory law and contracting. Manages all matters related to litigation, application and changes in legislation and provides legal advisory to the Company.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum LLB Degree
- Have experience in managing project development, procurement, general commercial and related agreements.
- 5 Years minimum experience in a role that meets similar job requirements.
- Knowledge of Mining environment will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of BBBEEE Act; Mining Charter 2018; Mine Health & Safety Act and the MPRDA
