A Mining house based in the Northern Cape is looking for a experienced Occupational Health Practitioner

Duties

To anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control stressors related to work, environment thereby meeting various legal obligations, ensuring a healthy workforce thus preventing possible, future claims, which includes but not limited to:

• Occupational health risk assessment and evaluation
• COP management
• Sampling
• Audits, investigations and inspections
• Laboratory management
• Reporting and data integrity control
• SHERQ adherence
• Work Ethics

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
• Intermediate Certificate: Mine Environmental Control
• Technologist Level: Southern African Institute for Occupational Hygiene
• At least 3yrs experience as a Occupational Hygiene Practitioner
