Moove is on a mission to build the largest mobility fintech for emerging markets. What Youll Be Doing
  • Assume responsibility for the day-to-day smooth running of the office
  • Develop and streamline admin processes, ensuring standards are maintained and improved
  • Use a variety of software packages, such as Google Workspace. to produce correspondence and documents; input accurate data on to spreadsheets or databases and provide timely reports as required
  • Support executives when required
  • Develop and maintain good communication with suppliers e.g landlord, cleaning company etc
  • Receive telephone calls and visitors and answer general enquiries
  • Liaise with staff and with external contacts
  • Stock management of office stationery and equipment etc. including ordering
  • Sort and distribution of incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post
  • Answer internal calls and take messages
  • Manage various projects as and when required
  • Ensure all policies are adhered to e.g Health and Safety
What You Will Need For This Position
  • Work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent Google Workspace and MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent relationship management and people skills
  • Must possess a can do attitude
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification is a plus

Directly reporting to our City Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
