To contribute towards a consistent client experience for Capitec clients through providing a support service to Capitec and external bank clients relating to ATM and EFT disputes over 40 days.
NOTE Position in Bellville - relocating to Centurity City in November 2025.
Experience
Minimum:
- 2-4 years Financial experience in a banking / financial services / retail environment.
- Experience working on SBL (Standard Bank Links)
- Contact Centre experience and/or function-relevant experience e.g. Client Care or Helpdesk
- Capitec Bank experience
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
- Certification in Finance or Accounting - Financial Accounting
Minimum:
- Understanding of basic mathematical / financial accounting principles in a retail / financial services environment
- Relevant banking systems
- SBL (standard banks link)
- Knowledge of payments
- Knowledge of Mastercard and Visa
- Administration Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Communications Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Problem solving skills
- Clear criminal and credit record
