Requirements ESSENTIAL
- Must be willing to reside in a remote location
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in pastry or baking role
- Relevant tertiary qualification obtained from an accredited Hospitality Institution
- Natural creative flare & exceptional plating & presentation skills
- Innovation & attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills
- Possess in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, baking techniques & nutrition
