Accurately execute payroll processes and provide excellent payroll services that facilitate and support the employee journey.
Requirements
- Relevant Bcom/Business Administration/Accounting degree or diploma
- Payroll Certification (preferred) or knowledge thereof
- Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
- Capture and submit all payroll data including employee earning, deductions and related company contributions.
- Process employee leave, new engagements, status changes, transfers and terminations processes.
- Reconciliation of payroll related accounts.
- Accurately maintain and update employee records on the payroll system ensuring payroll documentation is up to date and complete.
- Ensure the information on employee payslips are accurate through monthly checking processes
- Administer all payroll and benefit processes in compliance with relevant legislation and company regulations.
- Ensure monthly errors and omissions are corrected on the Funds@work pension file to ensure timeous allocation.
- Provide payroll related information and reports to management.
- Ensure daily ticket items are resolved within SLA on the query management system and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timeous resolution.
