- Compiling of the monthly and weekly wages payrolls.
- Payment of 3rd Parties and Garnishees.
- Accuracy in the administering of the wages function and attending to all queries in a professional manner.
- Administering the timeous and accurate submission of all required returns in relation to the wage function.
- Attend to the timely and accurate payment of all wages staff and making the appropriate statutory deductions and engagements in order to maintain and update payroll records.
- Responsibility to assist the Human Resources Department in any and all functions.
- Ensure all filing with regards to employees personnel files are up to date.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
- Maintaining and implementing 20keys.
- General wages administration.
- Matric or relevant qualification.
- Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent administration skills and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Integrity Payroll system and the FIHRST Connect System would be an added advantage.
- Experience in a wages/payroll department is essential.
- Must be able to work independently and cope well under pressure.
- It is essential that the successful candidate be self-motivated with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
