Role Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and driving the implementation of key projects that enhance service quality and deliver transformative outcomes across Africa.
- You will work closely with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) across the continent, ensuring the successful management of the project pipeline.
- You will collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service solutions.
- You will conduct post-rollout reviews and compile performance reports to ensure continuous product improvement.
- A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- A strong track record of managing projects in a fast-paced, agile, and multicultural environment.
- Prior experience working in the African market is required
- Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
- Experience in the cross-border remittance, banking, or FinTech sectors.
- Understanding of Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and Settlement considerations is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
