Raisebore Project Manager

Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate/ equivalent

Project Management qualification (Degree or equivalent)

Certificate of competency as a Raisebore Operator & Foreman

Competency A will be an advantage

A valid Trade Test Certificate will be an advantage

Valid drivers license & own reliable transport

Medically fit

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

3 - 5 years Underground experience as Raisebore Operator

Raiseboring & drilling machines & systems

Operation of Robotic Shaft Liner will be an added advantage

Be able to work flexible hours and willing to relocate

Be willing to relocate on a temporary basis to other African countries

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensuring that Raiseboring projects are executed safe, in time and within budget

Implementing Health and Safety systems

Expanding the business by implementing sound operational and safety principles

Creating and improving current operational performance systems

Be project driven without compromising on safety and quality

Lead, motivate and inspire operational teams to perform optimal

Manage and improve profitability of projects

Managing expenses to ensure projects are profitable
