Experience: 5+ years in Project Manager / Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 512 years of experience in project or program management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization / re-engineering.
- Experience with ITIL Service Management (preferred).
- Strong understanding of PMO methodology, governance, and delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, JIRA, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and benefits tracking.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage risks, change, and resistance effectively.
- Certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
- Telecom industry experienceespecially prepaid systems, channels, distribution, or CVM (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer behavior, data patterns, and operational workflows.
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
