Quality Control Inspector

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and work closely with relevant teams to address and resolve issues.
Utilise Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimise processes and improve efficiency within the quality control function.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality and reliability of incoming materials and components.
Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing support and assistance as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Provide training and guidance to production and manufacturing teams on quality control best practices and procedures.
