About the Role:
As an experienced Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, selecting and placing top candidates while ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. Youll also have the opportunity to build strong client relationships, grow existing accounts, contribute to our ongoing success and be rewarded accordingly.

When completing the pre-qualifying questionnaire please indicate ANNUAL REMUNERATION without commission earnings.

What Youll Be Doing:
Recruitment & Selection
  • Craft compelling job descriptions & screening criteria, source top talent and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Client & Candidate Management
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment journey while maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Sales & Business Development
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, obtain customer referrals and contribute to new business growth.
Target & KPIs
  • Ensure that annual recruitment target is met.
  • Ensure a targeted % of successful placements and guarantee fulfilments, a targeted average tenure for placed candidates, an average client rating of candidates performance is achieved.
Administration & Compliance
  • Keep recruitment data up to date using platforms like SharePoint and Monday.com and Ditto Hire.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with colleagues to enhance recruitment strategies and improve our services.
What You Need to Succeed:
Experience
  • 3+ years in recruitment, customer service, and account management.
Tech-Savvy
  • Comfortable using Office365, MS Teams, SharePoint, recruitment and other platforms (Project management, CRM, ATS, MIE, social media etc) previous experience using Ditto Hire will be advantageous.
Industry Knowledge
  • A solid understanding of different business sectors and recruitment trends.
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Mobility
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable car.
Qualifications
  • A relevant B degree or diploma would be advantageous but not a deal breaker.
