Recruitment Administrator

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee recruitment activities for Catering portfolio
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Act as an intermediate between HRPB, Learning & Development and Operations
  • Align with Compensation and Benefits Administrators for submission of documentation
  • Support with on boarding / engagements (management and unskilled)
  • Report monthly on recruitment activities
  • Job profile maintenance
  • Design recruitment questionnaires
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, training etc
  • Review and screen applications, compile a list of applications
  • Conducting vetting
  • Prepare job offers to successful candidates and reference check
  • Maintain staffing records and related recruitment tracking tools and statistics etc
  • Design adverts for social media
Skills and Competencies
  • Previous working knowledge of an applicant tracking system
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate on Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Organising Skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Assertive
  • Deadline driven
Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Relevant degree will be advantageous
  • years of experience working in a similar role
  • Own reliable transport
