Key Responsibility Areas
- Post-sales support
- Contacting clients after fitment to conduct customer experience survey
- Assist with web support, explanation of tracking features and providing fitment certificates
- Contacting clients who rated Netstar negatively on CSI
- Conducting RCAs on escalations and queries
- Contacting out of warranty clients under Telesure to have the tracking units replaced
- Conduct unit tests (Dormant units)
- Escalate queries to relevant departments (follow-up and provide feedback to clients within required 24Hr SLA)
- Handling Inbound calls and emai
- Matric
- 2+ years experience in Sales Administration Inbound Call centre experience
- 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Excellent customer services
- Microsoft office package
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel
- Excellent administrative skills and communication skills
- Able to work and perform under a very pressurized environment
- Target driven
- Flexible shifts when required
- Ability to troubleshoot and assist telephonically/email
- Ability to communicated professionally and maintain a good relationship with our business partners
National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12
