Responsibilities:
- Acquire and maintain relevant Cyber Security industry certifications.
- Represent Company and Vendor(s) at customer engagements and conferences.
- Drive customer enablement to promote the value of Cyber Security offerings.
- Mentor and assist new colleagues in the Cyber Security portfolio.
- Deliver vendor presentations and training to Pinnacle's sales teams and customers.
- Demonstrate Cyber Security solutions through presentations and "proof-of-concepts."
- Collaborate on business case presentations to support Cyber Security solutions for business sponsors.
- Act as an evangelist for Cyber Security through customer interactions.
- Establish trust as an advisor to both colleagues and customers.
- Keep up-to-date with Cyber Security industry trends and the Cyber Security product portfolio.
- Build a network for successful sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in tender evaluations, offering product and solution recommendations, and accurate pricing.
- Contribute to achieving revenue and profit targets within the Cyber Security portfolio.
- Matric qualification, including mathematics.
- A tertiary qualification or relevant diploma in Business and/or IT is advantageous.
- Accreditation/certification in one or more Cyber Security technologies.
- 3+ years of experience in designing Cyber Security solutions.
- Proven track record in technical Pre-Sales of Cyber Security products and solutions.
- Proficiency in enterprise technologies like storage, servers, networking, virtualization, cloud, etc.
- Demonstrable expertise in Cyber Security solution design and related tools.
- Ability to serve as a Cyber Security technology evangelist, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- ICT Distribution industry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service environments.
- Above-average skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written business communication.
- Strong sales presentation capabilities.
- Well-organized, deadline-driven, and skilled in time management.
