Role Description
Ares Protection is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive & Business Development Manager to drive sales. If you're passionate about security sales, excel at building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
Duties & Responsibilities Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company.
Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, and high-level prospecting.
Meeting set targets and working closely with Marketing and Sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of pro-active sales activity.
Consistently achieving monthly KPIs
Attending office sales meetings.
Sign up for new corporate clients.
Acquiring new clients by cold calling and any using corporate-related social media platforms.
Build and maintain solid business relationships.
Evaluate competitors and provide feedback and suggestions,
Compiling Corporate Tenders
Looking after clients for a period of 12 months after obtaining them. KAM.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Tertiary Education would be advantageous
- Matric is compulsory
- B2B Business experience
- 5 years Sales Experience
- Own reliable Transport (non Negotiable)
