Required Skills & Experience
- 510 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience supporting data engineering, analytics, or machine learning development teams.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery metrics.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into deliverable sprint goals and actionable work items.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to eliminate blockers and streamline delivery.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working in data-centric organisations or with data product monetisation initiatives.
- Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, cloud platforms, or model deployment workflows.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
