• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements for data-intensive applications and building effective solutions.
• Tech Stack Understanding: Ability to comprehend the tech stack of current products, lead business and IT discussions, formulate requirements, and manage backlogs.
• Process and Data Flow Expertise: Develop process flows, data flows, and diagrams to support solutions.
• Information System Knowledge: Strong understanding of information system concepts and technologies.
• Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for efficient requirement management.
• Agile Methodology: Experience in Agile requirement management and Agile methodology.
• User Story Development: Ability to create user stories from business requirements suitable for development work.
• Modelling Skills: Experience in modelling software such as Visio, Draw.io, or others.

Advantageous Skills Requirements

• Data Expertise: Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools, data manipulation, and transformation.
• Software Development: Understanding of software development languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Additional Skills: Auditing, SQL language, database experience, test management, testing methodologies, training, and project management.
• Optional: German speaking proficiency.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent of 5 years of related professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a Mid to Senior role and at least 5 years in a business/systems analysis role.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Requirements Management: Create, structure, and maintain the product backlog.
• Documentation: Update and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and release documentation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Understand business problems, translate them into detailed technical/functional requirements, and engage with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Data Migration Analysis: Analyze end-to-end flow of application teams during data migration, considering touchpoints and impacts for new or changed business requirements.
• Optimization: Identify and promote optimization, re-use, and standardization opportunities within BMW Platforms.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders, initiating dialogue, advising, influencing, and negotiating for positive outcomes.
• Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with teams on suitable solutions, integration touchpoints, and business and technical requirements.
• Documentation Production: Assist the team in producing documentation for designed solutions, ensuring technical requirements are documented.
