Service Advisor - Sandton - Gauteng Our client based in Sandton is looking for a Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements

• Matric
• Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
• Outgoing and not scared for a challenge
• Brand experience essential (eg. Chery / Haval)
• Kerridge or Automate or Autoline or Evolve experience

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI
