The Fulfilment Specialist will execute operational efficiency across assigned regional area and support delivery of fulfilment goals for digital orders. Ensure effectiveness of store and distribution operations through process optimisation, training, and compliance monitoring. Drive customer-centric processes to ensure fulfilment promises are met within agreed Service Level Standards (SLA) while maintaining operational excellence.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Matric or equivalent Senior Certificate, Degree or Diploma in Business, Retail Management, eCommerce or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience executing store operations processes in retail environment
- Experience with supply chain and logistics processes within retail operations
- Experience executing and facilitating training of retail operational procedures
- Experience in pharmacy or healthcare retail operations
- Knowledge of on-demand delivery and last-mile logistics
- Understanding of fulfilment technologies and operational systems
- Experience with 3rd party vendor management and coordination
- Conduct regular store visits to drive fulfilment performance and ensure process compliance
- Act as hands-on support to stores and help centre to resolve operational issues
- Perform store operational audits to ensure fulfilment compliance and identify inefficiencies
- Support new store openings and coordinate fulfilment process implementation
- Monitor fulfilment analytics and performance dashboards to identify potential SLA breaches
- Proactively identify orders at risk of delivery delays and implement corrective actions
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding potential delays or delivery issues
- Escalate critical SLA risks to management with recommended solutions and mitigation strategies
- Requires regular store visits and travel
- Interaction with diverse stakeholders including store staff, drivers, and vendors
- Occasional extended hours during operational incidents or peak periods
- Regional coverage requiring reliable transportation
