Job At a Glance
To provide and maintain material resources for Lead and Autonomous Operators. The Material controller is responsible for all raw and packaging related supply/losses to and from the packing lines and bulk manufacturing area.
Responsibilities
What will you do Job Outputs:
Manage all stock and equipment control.
Keep accurate account of diesel/fuel intake and dispensing, maintain diesel stock level.
Ensure all items conform to any specified requirement and all relevant certification received with each consignment
Report any discrepancies/quality issues to supplier and raise reject notes as appropriate
Check all materials/components correspond to purchase order
Ensure the accuracy of all recorded stock through appropriate systems and processes.
All goods to be receipted in and issued out to relevant job/area
Goods to be stored in appropriate location
Ensure goods/tools dispatched to sub-contractors are controlled and recorded.
Liaise with internal departments on a daily basis
Monitor stock levels daily
Advise purchasing department of stock requirements (replenishment).
Participate fully in monthly stock take
Effectively manage stock stake process
Qualifications
You will be measured on:

Carry out other reasonable duties if and when need arises and as instructed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma in Engineering or related field
2 years working experience within stores environment
Good understanding and knowledge of site and stores procedures
