Minimum Requirements
- A relevant 3-year degree or Supply Chain Diploma.
- Minimum 7 years experience in supply chain, with 3+ years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, SAP/Syspro, and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Develop and manage 1224 month forward supply plans.
- Lead short-term production planning and MRP call-offs.
- Oversee national stock management for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with business goals.
- Drive innovation, manage product lifecycle transitions, and support S&OP processes.
- Lead and develop a high-performing planning team.
