About The Role

Provide basic and mid-level desktop, network, and basic server support to clients as quickly, competently, and efficiently as possible. Assisting clients in a way that makes them feel cared for.

Package: R15 000 to R22 000/Month, depending on experience.

Three-month contract with possibility of going permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Retention of the client by giving exceptional service.
  • Efficiency and effectiveness resulting from improved technical service delivery.
  • Data accuracy and relevance for managing the business operations.
  • Delivering the service three times faster than the client expects, with high levels of communication.
Experience
  • At least 5+ years of active and current experience in the Tier 2 arena.
  • Experience in all technical infrastructure basic servers/networking systems processes, desktop security, desktop, remote cloud computing, Microsoft 365 administration, hosting, web services hardware/software, multiple devices e.g. PC ; Mac, Mobile etc.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Solution orientation/Problem Solving.
  • Process orientation.
  • Relationship Management and Conflict Resolution
  • Is willing to go the extra mile as needed, as there are times when one may be required to work outside of standard office hours.
