Core Description
Conduct property optimization through interactions with regional teams and ensure our properties AC equipment is running optimally.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor utility usage, implement and manage plans to achieve optimized savings
- Measure and Analyse consumption of equipment on sites
- Conduct audits on Facility Management (FM) Service Provider routine maintenance and report anomalies
- Work closely with FM service providers to ensure equipment is functioning optimally Perform visits to sites identified as problematic by data analytics team
- Compile reports on anomaly findings
