Our client is looking for a Senior Technical UI/UX Designer with a strong blend of design creativity and technical acumen to design and implement seamless, user-centered digital experiences. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between design and technology.
What You Will Do
- Design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into effective design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across devices.
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs, ensuring feasibility and technical accuracy.
- Leverage your coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to prototype or assist in front-end development.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs based on data and insights.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and user-centric methodologies.
- Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a technical focus.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience working with development teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
- Solid portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile UI/UX projects.
- Experience with design systems and component-based frameworks (e.g., Material Design, Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with tools for animation or micro-interactions (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
- Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization for web designs.
- Certification in UI/UX design, accessibility, or front-end development.
