The purpose of the position is to establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to promote and grow the brand of product sales and respond to all inbound sales inquiries.
Qualifications And Experience Required
- Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a telesales environment
- Experience in the FMCG sector will be a great advantage
- Fluent in English and an additional official language
- Ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment
- Punctuality and the ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint)
- Honesty and integrity is a key requirement

- Servicing internal and external customers effectively
- Executing customer orders into the LN system from the EDI system
- Achieve and strive to exceed daily targets set out by the business
