- Administrate the operational side of Service Agreement Contract between Trafigura and other party locations in Africa
- Organizing the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers, ensuring timely delivery.
- Planning and optimizing transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Selecting the appropriate carriers or freight forwarders based on cost, efficiency, and reliability, and negotiating contracts and rates.
- Monitoring transportation and logistics expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency.
- Analyzing logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
