You are
- Organized and responsive, able to handle issues efficiently as they arise
- Rigorous, with excellent attention to detail and operational follow-up
- Autonomous and communicative, capable of coordinating with the right services at the right time
- Service-oriented, focused on meeting guests needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Oversee arrivals and departures by efficiently managing the airport shuttle and reservation schedules
- Welcome guests warmly, manage departures and respond to specific needs such as flight changes or baggage issues
- Maintain professional relationships with airport authorities and airline representatives
- Develop revenue through transfer service sales and related offers
- Manage payments, perform monthly closures and monitor billing accuracy
- Guarantee the quality, safety and comfort of transfer services throughout the guests stay
As a G.O, you will practice your profession with passion while also participating in key moments of our guests stay.
