Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Travel Manager or Senior Sales Management role.
- Extensive international travel experience, with multiple trips abroad.
- Proven success in sales conversion, meeting and exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional service.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership and management experience, leading busy sales teams.
- Strong ability to track and manage sales pipelines, forecast results, and drive conversion.
- A person who embraces technology, understands systems, efficiencies, automation, and the role of AI in modern sales environments.
- Excellent understanding of the importance of CRM discipline, data accuracy, and workflow compliance.
- Proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complaints or complex customer issues.
- Strategic thinker who can identify gaps, implement improvements, and strengthen sales processes.
