A rapidly expanding call centre company is seeking telesales agents to sell financial products in Roodepoort.
Job responsibilities:
- On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to maintain their personal targets.
- Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
- Achieving 100% of monthly personal targets and team targets.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge to ensure that the customer understands the product offering and as result purchases the correct product.
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years of telesales experience in selling financial services products is a must.
- Contactable references.
- Call centre certificate.
- Clear police record.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Sales or marketing experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one other local language.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- The successful applicant must display strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of EQ, and must be customer focused.
- The individual must be target driven with an ability to close deals over the phone. P
- Must have the determination to succeed and work well under pressure in a team environment.
- You must be proactive and work creatively to increase sales so that you meet and exceed targets.
Company offers:
- This is a commission only contract and commission will be earned on each successful sale.
- The compensation package includes a travel allowance of R150/week.
