Full time principal is needed for a Christian Preschool in the Fourways/Lonehill area.
Job requirements:
- Have a strong ability to develop CAPS curriculum with an integrated tactile and sensory approach
- Be able to ensure that desired ECD outcomes are met
- Be able to align daily operations and routines
- Provide strong leadership, administrative and communication abilities
- Be able to recruit, train, motivate and develop staff
- Effectively organize all events and extra curricular activities
- Responsible for the future growth and development of the school
- The Principal must have a valid driver’s license, their own car and car insurance.
- Must have at least 5 years experience in ECD
- Must have at least 3 years experience as a Preschool Principal
- Minimum Qualifications Required
- Must be a fully qualified Preschool Principal with a qualification in education.
- Salary based on experience and qualifications.
