To provide administrative and data management support to the Implementation team by capturing and migrating accurate information across governance platforms, including BoardEffect, Diligent Boards, and Diligent Entities. The role will involve transferring existing data into these systems, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and completeness of records.

Working environment & travel: Hybrid Role, exceptionally busy, team-orientated environment.
Working hours: 07h30 16h00 or 08h00 to 16h30
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Migration:
- Capture and input governance and entity data accurately into BoardEffect, Diligent Boards, and Diligent Entities.
- Support the migration of data from legacy systems or spreadsheets into the new platforms.
- Verify and validate migrated data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
- Document and Record Management:
- Upload, organize, and maintain board and governance documents within the relevant platforms.
- Ensure version control and proper document naming conventions are consistently applied.
- Assist with user account setup, permissions, and access management in the different Software Applications.
- Liaise with Implementation Team as needed to resolve issues or queries.
- Support Implementation Team during system migrations.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management (or similar)
- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Methodical, with strong attention to accuracy and process.
