Jnr Branch Administrator | Maitland

A pioneer in the Health and Hygiene industry is looking for a young, vibrant Jnr Branch Administrator to join their team in Maitland, Cape Town.

R11 000 pm CTC including pension | Permanent | On-site | Maitland Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Salary related tasks: Assist the Branch Administrator with maintaining leave records and personnel files.
  • Processing of manual invoices: Captures invoices of interbranch sales and ensures that files are kept up to date.
  • Creditors stock / non-stock: Processing of GRVs and order on the system to ensure correct allocation on the system. Sorting out queries, getting statements, preparing EFT requisitions, completing credit applications for new suppliers.
  • Stock capturing: Capturing of all stock related paperwork (routine services, ad-hoc tickets, SRVs, etc.) Filing of previous months documents.
  • Assisting with monthly stock take: Assist Branch Administrator with stock take capturing. Assisting with teams and count sheets. Assisting with capturing first counts on Great Plains. Assist with managing and confirming stock take for effective stock control.
  • COD money: Receiving of COD money. Completing COD sheets for the Credit. Control Supervisor. Banking at the bank. Controls the speedpoint machine at the Branch.
  • Branch contract register: Receives contracts from consultants and logs it into the register. Submits the contracts to the Credit Controller for approval before delivering the contract to the Branch Administrator for capturing.
Requirements
  • 3 years Administration experience
  • Grade 12
  • Qualification in Administration will be advantageous
  • Reliable transport
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good command of English
  • Time-management skills & adherence to deadlines
  • Administration skills
  • Accuracy
