Junior BI Developer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our Optix BI Team in Pretoria, South Africa. This hybrid/on-site role provides an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to grow their technical expertise in BI, Power BI reporting, and data analytics.

In this role, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards, supporting business stakeholders across our global regions. You will work closely with the BI Development and Business Analysis teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights, support data ETL processes, ensure data quality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our BI solutions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with foundational experience in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling. This role offers exposure to a global BI environment, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
