We are looking for a diligent and competent Junior Bookkeeper to work for an exciting and dynamic company in the spa and hospitality supply sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Customer Sales Orders
- Customer Invoicing
- Supplier Purchase Order
- Supplier Goods Received Note
- Supplier Invoice
- Cashbook for numerous accounts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Creditors and Debtors Knowledge
- Inventory account and reconciliation
- BOM
- Month End reporting including Trial Balance
You will need to demonstrate:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Pastel Partner
