Helloan exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard International, Hollard Health I.T. area. We are looking to recruit a Junior Business Analyst (Permanent).
As Hollard Health, we are passionate about Africa and we believe that the most powerful way to create a better future for the continent, is to improve the health of her people. We bring unrivalled healthcare to businesses operating across Africa by providing locally admitted, and therefore compliant, health insurance with value-for-money benefits and global administration capabilities.
The Junior Business Analyst (BA) is the bridge between our users across Africa, and the technical team, ensuring that the users/customers are satisfied. The BA investigates issues, facilitates and tracks changes, ensures that all changes are applied correctly and meets the various business needs, drives the testing process, and is the ultimate gatekeeper for changes to be deployed. The BA also keeps track of which changes are at what stage of development.
