Qualifications/Experience
- Must have matric certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in networking installation and configurations.
- Must be able to work independently and not have to be micromanaged.
- Must reside in Johannesburg (Westrand, South or North of JHB)
- Must have a smartphone
- Valid drivers license
- Assisting with the installation and setup of new systems and equipment.
- Providing training and support to users of the systems installed, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance on how to use the systems.
- Maintaining and updating documentation for systems and equipment, such as user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and installation instructions.
- Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed about the status of installations, issues and progress on projects.
- Following safety protocols and procedures when working with equipment and systems.
- Adhering to industry standards and best practices when working with systems and equipment.
- Attending to industry standards and best practices when working with systems and equipment.
- Attending the site surveys and providing accurate, detailed and complete site survey reports.
- Attend all onsite installation, configurations, setup and training of all relevant systems, hardware, services and testing the system to ensure proper documentation of all related processes.
- Closure of all installations and submission of accurate and complete job cards.
- Responsible for following all company policies and procedures as well as ensuring companys owned property and equipment is maintained and kept in working order and is always kept safe.
