Junior IT technician

 TECHNICIAN 
Position available for a junior I.T. technician in the Upper Highway area. 2 years experience required.
The successful candidate must be well presented , a people's person and be able to communicate easily .
Skills required:
Able to talk about technology in simple terms and must be a logical thinker.
The chosen candidate must be an excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills; someone that likes to keep up to date with the latest technology.

Job Description:
1. Troubleshooting, fault finding and repairs PC's, laptops, 
2. Network troubleshooting & Installation
3. Remote desktop support 
4. Hardware and software management
5. Installing and configuring computer systems
6. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
7. Logging customer repairs/faults.
8. Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
.
Job specification:
1. Knowledge of MS products, IP networks, routing, switching and firewalls, DYNDNS, 
2. Microsoft Server 2003 -2012 and Microsoft office suite
Mac Products and Software & Linux all advantageous
