We are looking to recruit a new IT technician with 6-12 months experience in Alberton, East Rand.
Job requirements:
- The candidate needs to be reliable, honest and have their own transport.
- Be a motivated self starter that is honest and reliable.
- Able to handle pressure.
- Work responsibly on their own.
- Understand the basic principles of IT and how to troubleshoot problems.
- Have an A+ qualification.
- Have a N+ or similar qualification.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory & Exchange.
- Basic understanding of Office 365.
- Basic understanding of DNS.
- Basic understanding of Networks and ipv4.
- Basic understanding of how web hosting works and affects domains.
- Basic understanding of how to setup modems.
- Technician will be required to work remotely and on-site at customers.
- Understanding of sticking to time frames for support requests Salary is negotiable on experience.
