Junior lease consultant wanted

Vacancy for a reception/office assistant/personal assistant in Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands.

Job responsibilities:

  • Arranging appointments
  • Keeping diary updated
  • Drafting of formal correspondence (Dictation and typing of letters)
  • Updating of schedules
  • General administrative duties, filing, faxing, photocopying
  • Opening of all files and updating indexes
  • Managing filing system
  • Undertake a variety of administrative routines without supervision.
  • General office management.
  • Responsible for replenishing office consumables.
  • Switchboard management- 4 incoming lines - 4 extensions
  • Take and receive messages, ensure that staff receive messages promptly
  • Ensuring the safekeeping of documents.
  • Sending and Receiving Contracts via Courier and post
  • Updating of client lists
  • Ensuring that all insurance policies are up to date
  • Daily Back-up’s on the server
  • Responsible for Admin processes, ensuring the office is runs smoothly and remains well-organized at all times.
  • Deal quickly and professionally with customer queries and complaints.
  • Managing filing system
  • Collecting post at the post office
  • Liaise with clients in the reception area

Job requirements:

  • MS Office
  • Strong focus on Excel
  • Strong focus on Outlook
  • There are no specific degree requirements although previous experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and administrative skills
  • Strong ability to communicate
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Eagerness to Learn
  • Attention to detail
  • Well spoken & presentable
