We are seeking an experienced and motivated Junior Manager to oversee our sales team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales leadership, demonstrating the ability to drive sales growth in international markets. The Sales Junior Manager will be responsible for managing and coaching the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team, showing a talent for nurturing team members' growth and development within the area. Moreover, the candidate must have the vision and drive to grow within the sector, contributing to both individual and team success.
Requirements- Matric
- A minimum of 3 years Management experience in a call centre environment
- Specialising in Gas & Electric, Water or Lead Generation
- Proven track record across the International markets, mainly US
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have excellent communication skills and sound understanding of the International Market
- Clear Criminal record
