Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain the NetDocuments platform for legal teams.
- Design and optimize document management workflows, templates, and workspace structures.
- Support user adoption by providing training, guidance, and documentation on NetDocuments features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay current with NetDocuments updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assist in the integration of NetDocuments with other legal and business systems.
- Develop automated solutions, scripts, and tools to improve document management efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies concerning document handling and storage.
- Experience with NetDocuments administration and configuration or similar.
- Familiarity with document management systems, legal workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with process automation, scripting, or integrations (e.g., PowerShell, API, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support end-users effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data security and compliance
- Experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment.
- Knowledge of other legal technology platforms (e.g., iManage, HighQ, SharePoint).
- Project management experience in technology implementations.
- PMP or similar certification
