We are seeking a dynamic restaurant manager for our franchise restaurant based in Kempton Park.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and be hard working .
- Train, motivate and manage all restaurant staff
- Assist with queries and customer complaints
- Have stock take / control experience
- Micros system experience required
- Create and maintain good relationships with guests
- Daily meetings and handovers with staff
- Maintain and achieve restaurant targets
- Do monthly stock takes
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the industry
- Be able to think on your feet
- Computer literate
- General admin experience
- Own transport a must
